Suzuki E-Access: Suzuki Motorcycle India on Friday entered the electric two-wheeler market by unveiling its first electric scooter ‘E-Access’ at the India Mobility International Expo 2025. The automobile manufacturer also introduced a sports bike, the Gixxer SF 250 Flex Fuel. But here we will talk about the E-Access.
Special Features of Suzuki E-Access Scooter
This electric scooter is powered by a 3.07 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery that offers a range of 95 km. It has a top speed of 71 km/h and can be charged using either a rapid charger that takes 2 hours and 12 minutes to fully charge the battery or a portable charger that which takes 6 hours and 42 minutes to get fully charged.
Expected Price and Launch Date
Suzuki plans to launch the E-Access in late 2025. The two-wheeler manufacturer is expected to price the electric two-wheeler between Rs 1.20 lakh and Rs 1.40 lakh.
Suzuki e-Access Specifications
The distinctive design of the electric scooter was influenced by its ICE cousin. The EV gets an LED headlight that is complemented by a uniquely designed apron with turn indicators on either side of the Suzuki badge.
The sides of the scooter feature a smooth minimalistic design with a long single-piece seat. It also gets raised nameplates with chrome S emblems that have a metallic finish. All this is complemented by the presence of alloy wheels.
The e-scooter will be available in three dual-tone color options – Metallic Matte Black No. 2/Metallic Matte Bordeaux Red, Pearl Grace White/Metallic Matte Fibroin Grey, and Pearl Jade Green/Metallic Matte Fibroin Grey. Prices will be announced closer to the market launch.
A new Access scooter with a 125 cc, single-cylinder, four-stroke motor was also introduced by Suzuki. An futuristic LED position light, an LED tail lamp on best position, and a multipurpose digital instrument cluster with the Bluetooth connectivity are important features in e-access scooter.
