Maruti’s first pure electric SUV, the e-Vitara, is finally set to hit Indian roads on December 2, 2025. The SUV was showcased in its production-ready avatar at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo earlier this year.
This SUV will compete directly with powerful electric SUVs like the Hyundai Creta EV, Tata Harrier EV, and MG Windsor EV. Notably, the e-Vitara is being locally manufactured at the Hansalpur plant in Gujarat, which could significantly impact its price.
