Nissan Gravite
Nissan Gravite is not just a new MPV, but the beginning of the company’s three-product launch strategy. This MPV will be followed by a 5-seater C-segment SUV named Nissan Tekton on 4 February 2026. In addition, a large three-row C-SUV will also be brought into production in 2027.

The special thing is that these three carts will be made in India and will also be exported to select international markets. Nissan’s move shows that the company is looking at India as a global manufacturing hub, not just a sales market.

Platform
Nissan Gravite is designed on the CMF-A platform, which has already been used in the Renault Triber. Although the platform is shared, Nissan has tried to give Gravite a completely different identity in design and styling.
Its front features a wide black-out grill, slim LED light strip and integrated headlamps. The embossed lines on the bonnet make it more muscular, while the Gravite badge on the front gives it a distinct identity.
Rear Design
Talking about design, Nissan Gravite has connected LED tail-lamps at the rear, which nowadays has become the hallmark of premium cars. Its upright tailgate design reinforces the character of the MPV, while the above integrated roof spoiler adds a slightly sporty touch.

The skid plate-inspired detailing in the bumpers gives Gravite a feel like a lifestyle vehicle, not just a family car. Overall, its design will be liked by those who want more expression than basic MPVs like Triber.
Interior
Nissan Gravite’s cabin will come with a three-row seating layout. The entire detail inside is not yet revealed, but the company’s focus is clean, more space, better flexibility and ease of everyday use.
Modular seating arrangement is expected to be found in this MPV, so that family trips, airport drives or daily office runs can be met in every way. Nissan will also try to be competitive in terms of features in this segment, so that Gravite will not only be affordable, but makes sense purchases.

Both manual and automatic transmissions are expected to be found in the gearbox option. This flexibility makes Gravite attractive to customers in both urban and small towns.
Pricing and Launch
Nissan Gravite’s greatest strength may be its competitive pricing. Although the company has not yet revealed the prices, it is expected to be kept budget-friendly, so that more buyers can be reached.
