How is Palak Matar Sabji made?
Spinach – 1 bunch
Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon
Onion – 1
Dry red chillies – 2
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
Peas – 1 cup
Red chilli powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Tomato – 1, finely chopped
Salt – to taste
Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
Oil – 2 tablespoons
Coriander leaves – 2 tablespoons (finely chopped)
Garam masala – 1/2 teaspoon
How is Palak Matar Sabji made?
Step 1- First, you need to thoroughly wash and clean the spinach leaves. Then, heat water in a pot and add the spinach leaves. Let it boil for a few minutes. Remove the leaves, let them cool, and then grind them finely.
Step 2 – Now heat oil in a pan, then add cumin seeds and dry red chillies in it; after this, add ginger-garlic paste and onion and fry it.
Step 3- Then, add finely chopped tomatoes and cook. Then, add the peas, cover, and cook until tender.
Step 4 – Now add turmeric, coriander powder, and red chilli powder and mix well. Then add salt and garam masala.
Step 5 – Then add spinach paste, mix it and cook for some time, then add coriander leaves on top and serve.
