India’s market is already very hot with new vehicles, and in this environment Honda has revealed its next big plan. The company has prepared to launch 10 new cars in India by 2030. But before that Honda plans to bring at least four premium models from its Global Line-up to India. These are the same vehicles that have made their strong identity in the international market, and are now raising new expectations for Indian customers as well.

Honda ZR-V
Honda’s first global car to enter India is the Honda ZR-V. It’s positioned between the HR-V and CR-V, meaning it offers a premium feel despite being a compact SUV.

Honda Prelude
The next Global car that can come to India at about the same time is the Honda Prelude which is the return of an Iconic Badge. Just recently launched in Japan, this Sports Coupe becomes an instant attraction due to the quite stylish design, low ride height and Coupe style.

Honda 0 Alpha SUV
The Honda will debut its EV Journey in India after ZR-V and Prelude from Honda 0 Alpha SUV. It will be produced locally in India itself, with its price expected to be set in the high-end segment of EV Market. This SUV will compete directly with Hyundai Creta Electric and Maruti e-Vitara.

But the features and pricing will take it above them to the Premium EV Category. It is believed to be the most important model of Honda’s introduction of EV Strategy in India.

Honda 0 SUV
New Honda will introduce Honda 0 SUV after Honda 0 Alpha, which is designed to compete directly with Tesla Model Y. This SUV will be brought from USA to India as CBU (Completily Built Unit). It will be positioned as a Niche Product in the premium EV segment.

It will be a high-end electric SUV, it is likely to cost significantly more than other EVs. It is a plan to strengthen Honda’s brand image in the Indian premium space.
