Boiled potatoes – 4

Oil – 2 tablespoons

Green coriander chutney

Coriander powder

Roasted cumin powder

Chaat masala

Red chilli powder

Black salt

Lemon juice

How is Aloo Chaat made?

Step 1- First, boil some potatoes and refrigerate them. Then, cut them into small pieces. Then, add oil to a pan, fry peanuts, and then remove them. Now, lightly fry these potatoes over medium heat until they become crispy.

Step 2 – After that, remove the extra oil from it, then add garlic and ginger and fry it, and then turn off the flame.

Step 3 – Now add tomato ketchup, salt, soy sauce, coriander powder, salt, cumin powder, chaat masala, red chilli powder, and black salt and increase the heat. Then add green chillies, lemon juice, onion, coriander leaves, and tamarind chutney.
