Lentils
Turmeric

Wheat flour

How to make Dal Ki Dulhan at home?
Step 1- First, wash the lentils thoroughly. Then, add salt and turmeric and cook them in a pressure cooker.
Step 2- After that, take wheat flour, add turmeric, salt, and water, and knead it well. Then, take a large portion of it, roll it into a large round shape, and then cut it into circles using a glass cutter.

Step 3- Then, shape this circle into a ball. Then, heat oil in a pan, and add cumin seeds, asafoetida, onions, chopped green chillies, and tomatoes. Then, add salt and red pepper and cook thoroughly.
Step 4- Then, add the boiled lentils and then the flour-based pitha, one by one. Cover and let it cook for 15 minutes. Once cooked, add the coriander.

Step 5- Now take it out on a plate and serve.
