Mahindra XEV 9S has been prepared by the company on its new INGLO platform, which is developed specifically for electric vehicles. This platform supports multiple battery sizes and motor configurations.
Two battery options are expected in this SUV. 59 kWh batteryy pack, and 79 kWh batteryy pack. Both batteries are based on Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) technology, which is known for durability, safety and efficiency. These batteries are not only over-running but also reduce the risk of overheating.
Range
Now if you talk about the range, the variant with 59 kWh battery can run up to about 542 km at full charge once. While the variant with 79 kWh battery gives a great range of around 656 km. Mahindra says that standard range variant would be a better and economical option for customers who do not travel long distances daily.
Performance
Mahindra XEV 9S is not just made for long range, but it is also going to impress everyone with its superb performance. The 59 kWh battery variant gives around 231 PS power and 380 Nm torque, while the 79 kWh version reaches 286 PS power. With so much power this SUV can hold a speed of 0 to 100 km / h in just 7 seconds.
Fast Charging
Talking about Charging, the company claims that this SUV can be charged from DC fast charger from 20% to 100% in just 20 minutes. That is, between long trips all you need is a cup of coffee break, and your car is ready again. Also, this car will also come with home charging and AC charger support, so that users can choose the method of charging on their own.
