According to media reports, the Samagra IDs of many women across the state have been deleted during the e-KYC process. As a result, the October installment amount will not reach these women’s bank accounts. Several such cases have been reported, particularly from Satna and Singrauli districts, where women’s data has failed verification. Furthermore, according to the eligibility criteria for the Ladli Behna Yojana, women over 60 years of age are automatically ineligible under the scheme. A large number of such women were also declared ineligible in January 2025. If a woman’s age recorded on her Aadhaar card or the Samagra portal is over 60, she will not receive the October installment.

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav transferred over ₹1,541 crore as the 28th installment to the accounts of 12.6 million Ladli sisters of the state on September 12, 2025. He also transferred ₹320.89 crore to 53.48 lakh social security pension beneficiaries and ₹48 crore to over 31 lakh sisters for LPG cylinder refilling.
