Recently, during an event held in Rajnagar, Chhatarpur district, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav transferred over ₹1,857 crore to the accounts of over 1.26 crore eligible women enrolled in the scheme with a single click. If you are among those whose accounts have not yet received this assistance, don’t worry. Payments often get delayed due to technical errors or incomplete documents. Here, we’ll explain why installments may be delayed, how to check the status, and what steps you need to take to ensure your funds are released quickly.
Main Reasons for the 31st Installment Delay

There may be some major technical reasons for not receiving the Ladli Behna Yojana installment, which need to be addressed immediately:
- Incomplete e-KYC could be a major reason.
- Mismatch in the information on your Aadhar card with the Aadhar.
- Incomplete e-KYC of your bank account.
- Your bank account is not linked to Aadhaar.
- DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) is not activated in your bank account.
- There’s an error in the application or incomplete documents.
First, you need to check your Samagra-Aadhaar e-KYC status and bank e-KYC. Up-to-date data increases your chances of receiving the installment.

How to check the status online
The easiest way to check the status of your ₹1,500 installment is to visit the Ladli Bahna Yojana portal. You can check the status online from the comfort of your home:
- First, visit the official website of the Ladli Bahna Yojana at cmladlibahna.mp.gov.in.
- Click on the section titled ‘Apply / Payment Status’.
- Now, enter your application number or Samagra ID.
- Verify the OTP received on your registered mobile number.
- This process will instantly inform you whether the installment has been deposited into your account or is on hold for some reason.
Why is a DBT-enabled account important
The government makes direct payments through DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) because it greatly reduces the chance of payment failure. The money is deposited directly into the woman’s account, eliminating any middlemen. This increases women’s financial independence and allows them to use funds according to their needs. To create a DBT-enabled account, visit your bank and fill out the Aadhaar linking and DBT activation form. After e-KYC verification at the bank, your account will be enabled for DBT.

Samagra e-KYC and bank linking Process
The government has made Samagra-Aadhaar e-KYC completely mandatory for the scheme. This simplifies the scheme process and ensures that only eligible women receive benefits. You can easily check your e-KYC status by visiting the Samagra portal. If your Aadhaar isn’t linked to your bank, visit your bank branch to complete the linking and DBT activation process. You can also visit your nearest ration shop, MP Online Center, or CSC kiosk to complete your e-KYC process for free. The government pays the kiosk ₹15 for each e-KYC.
