Ingredients required to make Chilli Paneer Paratha
1 cup wheat flour
1 cup grated paneer
4-5 garlic cloves
3-4 green chillies (you can add more or less as per your choice)
1-2 teaspoons peanuts
Cumin seeds
Finely chopped coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Ghee or oil (for frying parathas)
Butter (optional)

Method of making
First of all, heat some ghee or oil in a pan. Once it is hot, add cumin seeds and fry it till it turns golden.
Now add garlic cloves, green chillies and peanuts and fry it well. Cook them till the garlic becomes slightly soft.
Turn off the gas and grind this masala coarsely in a mixer. Keep in mind that do not add water to it, because garlic and peanuts will grind easily.
Now take wheat flour in a vessel. Add the ground masala, grated paneer, finely chopped coriander leaves and salt to it.
Add water little by little as per the need and knead a soft dough. Make sure that the dough does not become too wet.

Now take a ball of this prepared dough and roll out round parathas.
Heat a pan and apply ghee or oil on the parathas and fry them on both sides till they become golden and crispy.
