How to get a duplicate ration card offline

For an offline application, visit the Food and Supply Department office in your district. Obtain the duplicate ration card application form from there and fill it out correctly. Submit the application along with a copy of the FIR, photographs of family members, Aadhaar card, and other necessary documents. Some states may charge a nominal fee for this. After submitting the documents, the officials will accept your application. You will receive notification within a few days that your new ration card is ready. You can then collect it from your nearest ration office.
