The Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET) 2025 is being conducted by the Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) in 48 districts of the state. The first day of this examination was completed on 6 September. At the same time, today, i.e., 7 September 2025, is the second day of the examination, in which a large number of candidates are participating. The examination is being conducted in two shifts. The first shift is being conducted from 10 am to 12 noon, and the second shift is being conducted from 3 pm to 5 pm.

Analysis will be available after the examination is over

As soon as both shifts of today are completed, the candidates will be able to get a detailed exam analysis from here. In this, information will be given about the level of the question paper, the type of questions asked, and the difficulty level. Also, the candidates will be able to estimate the possible cutoff.
Coaching institutes released an unofficial analysis
After the first day’s exam, various coaching institutes analyzed the question paper and also shared unofficial answer keys. With the help of these answer keys, candidates can match their answers and assess their potential performance in the exam. Detailed analysis will also be provided by coaching institutes after both shifts today.
The exam level was easy to moderate

Regarding the first day’s exam, students and experts say that the level of the question paper was easy to moderate. Some questions in the General Studies and Mathematics section were a bit difficult, while the rest of the questions were solvable. Many candidates described the exam as balanced and relatively simple.

Many students shared that this time the paper was simpler than last year. Some factual questions of General Studies were definitely challenging, and questions related to current affairs confused some candidates.
