Method to make Mix Veg:

Wash all the green vegetables thoroughly. Put half a cup of oil in the pan and deep fry all the vegetables and take them out.

Put finely chopped onion in oil and fry till it turns brown. Add all the ground spices to the fried onion and fry for 5 minutes. Mix the chopped tomatoes and all the vegetables well with the spices, cover, and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
