The ongoing circle of the World Test Championship (WTC) gets more and more interesting because of the ongoing Ashes 2025-26 tournament. Team India’s latest position in WTC points table

The Australian team led by Pat Cummins defeated England by 82 runs in the third Ashes Test, taking an unassailable 3-0 lead in the five-match series. Australia, batting first after winning the toss, posted 371 runs on the board, thanks to Alex Carey’s century. In reply, England was all out for 286, giving the hosts an 85-run lead. In the second innings, Travis Head, along with Carey, thrashed England and scored his 11th century of his career. Whenever Head has scored a century, Australia has lost only once. Australia scored 349 runs in the second innings and set a target of 435 runs. Chasing this score, the entire England team was all out for 352.
