What ingredients are needed to make Chatpata Pudina Makhana Namkeen?
Mint powder – 1 tablespoon
Fox nuts (Makhana) – 2 cups
Black salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Salt – to taste

Chaat masala – 1/2 teaspoon
Oil/Ghee – 1/2 teaspoon
Red chilli powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Lemon juice – 1/2 teaspoon
How is Chatpata Pudina Makhana Namkeen made?
Step 1- First, put the makhana (fox nuts) in a pan and roast them over low heat for 5-7 minutes until they become crispy.
Step 2- Then, in a bowl, combine the mint powder, roasted cumin powder, black salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala, and a little salt.

Step 3- Now heat 1 teaspoon of oil or ghee in a pan. Then add the roasted fox nuts and sprinkle the spices over them.
Step 4- Then add lemon juice to it and mix well.
Step 5- Then let the fox nuts cool completely and store them in an airtight jar. You can serve them with tea or pack them in your children’s lunchboxes.
