What ingredients are needed to make garlic coriander soup?
Oil or ghee – 1 teaspoon
Coriander leaves – a handful (chopped)
Coriander stems – chopped
Cinnamon stick – 1/2
Garlic cloves – 8-9

Black peppercorns – 8-10, freshly ground
Salt – to taste
Lemon juice – a little
Water – 2 cups
What is the method for making garlic coriander soup?
Step 1- First, take a little oil and heat it slightly, then add the cinnamon stick, garlic, and coriander stems and cook for about 1 minute.

Step 2- Then add water, salt, black pepper, coriander leaves and 2 cups of water and let it cook on low heat for 3-4 minutes.
