How do you make a radish and beetroot salad?
Step 1- First, you need to gather all the ingredients, and for that, you’ll need a large beetroot and a radish. Then, remove the radish leaves and wash them thoroughly, and wash the beetroot three to four times as well. Next, grate both the beetroot and radish using a grater and transfer them to a plate. Use the coarse side of the grater to create thicker shreds.

Step 2- This salad looks and tastes delicious. Grate both the beetroot and radish and transfer them to a bowl. How is kachumber salad made?
Step 1- First, soak 150 grams of tamarind in water, then mash it with your hands after 1-2 hours. Then strain it through a sieve and keep the liquid in a separate bowl.
Step 2- Now, pour the tamarind water into a bowl and add a teaspoon of sugar, mixing it well. Then add half a teaspoon of red chilli powder and continue stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved in the tamarind water. After that, chop the salad and vegetables.
Step 3- First, wash all the vegetables thoroughly 2-3 times, then peel them and cut them into long pieces. After that, put the radish, carrot, and cucumber in tamarind water. Then, chop the onion and put it in a bowl, then chop the coriander leaves, green chillies, tomato, and one bell pepper and put them in another bowl. After that, mix everything together and add salt, then stir well. Now your kachumber salad is ready.
