What ingredients are needed to make Pyaz Ka Paratha?

Wheat flour – 2 cups

Green chillies – 2 (finely chopped)

Onions – 2 large (finely chopped)

Fresh coriander leaves – 2 sprigs (finely chopped)

Turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon

Red chilli powder – 1/2 teaspoon

Coriander powder – 1/2 teaspoon

Oil – as needed

Salt – to taste

Water – as needed

How to make Pyaz Ka Paratha?

1- Take wheat flour in a bowl and gradually add water to knead it into a dough, then let it rest for 15-20 minutes.

2- Then, in a bowl, add finely chopped onion, coriander leaves, and green chillies. Next, add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric, and salt and mix well.

3- Now you will need to make small balls of dough and then roll out each ball with a rolling pin. Place the onion mixture in the centre, then close the dough tightly and press it down.

4- Now, gently roll out the dough with a rolling pin. Heat a griddle on the gas stove and place the rolled-out paratha on it, applying oil on top and cooking it thoroughly.
