What ingredients are needed for Poha Vada?
Poha (flattened rice) – 1 cup
Yoghurt – 1 cup
Semolina – 1 cup
Boiled potato – 1
Ginger – half a piece (grated)
Green chillies, chopped – 2
Curry leaves – 3-4
Baking soda – half a teaspoon

Salt – to taste
Coriander leaves – 2 sprigs, chopped
Black pepper powder – half a teaspoon
Oil – as needed
What is the method for making Poha Vada?
1- First, grind the poha in a mixer until it becomes a powder.
2- Then, put it in a bowl and add yoghurt and semolina on top, mix it well and leave it for a while.

3- Then add the boiled and mashed potatoes, ginger, green chillies, chopped curry leaves, black pepper powder, salt to taste, baking soda, and coriander leaves. Mix everything well and shape the mixture into small, round patties.
4- Next, heat oil in a pan, add the prepared vada to it, and fry until crispy.
5- Then, transfer it to a plate. Serve it hot with coconut or chana dal chutney.
