What ingredients are needed for the Palak Puri recipe?

Wheat flour – 2 cups

Ginger – half a piece

Spinach – 1 bunch

Green chillies – 1-2

Salt – to taste

Cumin seeds – half a teaspoon

Oil – as needed

Carom seeds (ajwain) – half a teaspoon

How to make Palak Puri?

1- First, wash the spinach thoroughly, boil it in hot water for 2-3 minutes, then let it cool and take it out.

2-Next, put the boiled spinach, green chillies, ginger, and a little water into a blender and blend until you get a smooth paste.

3- Then, take the wheat flour in a large bowl and add the spinach paste, cumin seeds, salt, carom seeds, and one tablespoon of oil. Gradually add water as needed and knead into a firm dough. Then, cover the dough and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.

4- Now, make small balls from this dough, then place one puri at a time in the oil and fry until golden brown and crispy on both sides, then remove them onto a tissue paper.
