However, there are some sweets that can be made quickly, like Rasgulla Cheesecake. This recipe can be made in minutes without any hassle, and you don’t even need an oven to prepare it. Let’s learn how to make this delicious dessert:
What ingredients are needed to make No-Bake Rasgulla Cheesecake?
For the base
Digestive biscuits – 1 cup
Melted butter – 3 tablespoons
For the cheese layer
Cream cheese – 1 cup
Whipped cream – 1 cup
Gelatin – 1 teaspoon
Powdered sugar – 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence – 1 teaspoon

For the topping
Rasgullas – 6-7
Chopped dry fruits – for garnish
Saffron syrup – 2 tablespoons
How to make No-Bake Rasgulla Cheesecake?
1- First, mix the biscuit powder and melted butter thoroughly and spread it in the serving cups. Then, refrigerate it for 15-20 minutes to set.
2- Then, in a bowl, combine the cream cheese, vanilla essence, and powdered sugar.
3- Whip the whipping cream separately and then add it to the cream cheese mixture. Dissolve the gelatin in lukewarm water and add it to the mixture.

4- Take out the chilled biscuit base and pour the cream mixture over it. Then, cut the rasgullas into small pieces and arrange them on top, and drizzle with a little syrup.
5-Place the mould in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours. Then add chopped dry fruits and a little rose syrup on top and serve.
