How is Namak Mirch Paratha made?
- First, you need to knead the wheat flour thoroughly. Then, sprinkle some dry flour on it and roll it out. The thinner the dough, the better.
- Apply a little oil to it and add chaat masala, chilli powder, salt, carom seeds, and dried fenugreek leaves. Then mix all the ingredients together and spread them evenly.
- Then, fold the dough in a zigzag pattern and roll it out into a circle. Press the folds firmly towards the centre, then sprinkle some dry flour on top and roll it out to a slightly thick disc.

- Sprinkle some more chilli powder on top and roll it out. Then heat the griddle and place the paratha on it.
- Cook the paratha on both sides until lightly golden brown, and apply a little oil.
-Once the paratha becomes crispy, turn off the heat and serve it with yoghurt.
