What ingredients are needed to make Methi Puri?
Flour – 2 cups
Carom seeds – half a teaspoon
Fenugreek leaves – 1 cup (finely chopped)
Red chilli powder – half a teaspoon

Salt – to taste
Turmeric powder – half a teaspoon
Water – as needed
Oil – as needed
How is Methi Puri made?
1- First, you need to wash the fenugreek leaves and then chop them finely. Then, take some flour in a bowl and add the chopped fenugreek leaves to it.
2- Next, add turmeric, carom seeds, red chilli powder, and two tablespoons of oil. Then mix all the ingredients well.

3- Then add water and knead the dough, then cover it and let it rest for 15-20 minutes. After that, heat the pan and add oil.
4- Next, make small balls from the dough and roll them out into flat discs using a rolling pin. Then, fry them in hot oil. Finally, serve the methi puris with potato curry or pickle.
