Ingredients for making veg fried rice:
Chopped radish
Half cup radish leaves
Half cabbage (finely chopped)
Half carrot (finely chopped)
Half cup green onion (finely chopped)
1 tablespoon rice flour
2 tablespoons ginger-garlic (finely chopped)
1 tablespoon Kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup vinegar
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon roasted sesame seeds
Half a cup of tomato ketchup
Salt to taste
Method of making veg fried rice:
First, soak the basmati rice in water for half an hour. Then cook it by putting one whistle in the cooker. Remember that the rice should be fluffy; otherwise, the fried rice will become sticky.
Now heat two teaspoons of oil in a pan. Add all the vegetables to it and mix well wittwo 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, two teaspoons of chilli sauce,two2 teaspoons of vinegar, and ginger-garlic paste.
Keep the flame high because Chinese dishes become delicious only on high flame. Now add finely chopped onion leaves, ix well and fry on high flame.
Finally, add fried rice masala and mix. Your delicious veg fried rice is ready!
