What ingredients are needed to make instant Mirchi Ka Achaar?
Green chillies – 250 grams (medium-hot variety)
Fennel seeds (saunf) – 1 tablespoon
Mustard seeds (rai)—2 tablespoons
Fenugreek seeds (methi dana) – ½ tablespoon

Asafoetida (hing)—¼ teaspoon
Turmeric powder (haldi)—1 teaspoon
Salt – 1½ teaspoons (or to taste)
Mustard oil (sarson ka tel) – 4 tablespoons
Lemon juice/vinegar – 2 tablespoons (for tanginess)
How is instant Mirchi Ka Achaar (chilli pickle) made?
Step 1- First, you need to take the green chillies, then break off the stems, and then cut the chillies in half.
Step 2 – Next, place a pan on the stove, heat it, then add cumin seeds, fennel seeds, and fenugreek seeds and roast them.

Step 3 – Then grind it in a blender and spread it over the chilies.
Step 4 – Then add salt, turmeric, asafoetida, mustard seeds, lemon juice or vinegar, and mustard oil on top, and mix it well.
Step 5- Then you can serve it with paratha, curd rice, dal rice, or any other meal.
