What ingredients are needed to make Peanut Garlic Chutney Pudi?
Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon
Garlic – 4 cloves
Coriander seeds – 2 teaspoons

Tamarind – 15 grams
Salt – to taste
How is Peanut Garlic Chutney Pudi made?
Step 1- First, take a pan and heat it, then add the peanuts and roast them. After that, take them out.
Step 2- Then, add a little oil to the pan and add cumin seeds, dried red chillies, garlic, and coriander seeds, and sauté for 2 minutes.
Step 3- You can also add curry leaves to this, then set it aside to cool.

Step 4- Now put the roasted peanuts in a blender, add all the other ingredients, and blend it.
Step 5- Now put it in a container and store it.
Step 6- You can serve this chutney with dosa, upma, or idli.
