Gram flour – 1 cup

Green chillies – 1-2, finely chopped

Ginger piece – half a piece (grated)

Turmeric – half a teaspoon

Coriander leaves – 1 tablespoon, chopped

Red chilli powder – half a teaspoon

Salt – to taste

Celery – half a teaspoon

Oil – as needed

Water – for making the batter

How is Mix Veg Besan Chilla made?

Step 1- First, you’ll need to take gram flour in a large bowl, then add red chilli, turmeric, celery, and salt. Now, add water little by little to make a batter.

Step 2 – Then add chopped vegetables, ginger, green chillies and green coriander to the prepared solution and mix well.

Step 3- Then, heat a pan on the stove and lightly oil it. Then, scoop a spoonful of the batter and spread it into a circular shape. Then, drizzle a little oil around the edges of the cheela and fry it until golden brown on both sides.

Step 4- Then when the cheela is cooked well, take it out in a plate and serve it with curd, green chutney or tomato chutney.
