What ingredients are needed to make the Mixed Vegetable Chilla Recipe?
Rice – 1 cup
Cabbage – 1 cup
Chickpea lentils – 1 cup
Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
Green chillies – 1-2 (finely chopped)
Garlic – 1 tablespoon (finely chopped)
Turmeric powder – ½ teaspoon
Ginger – 1 teaspoon (grated)

Spinach leaves – ½ cup (finely chopped)
Fenugreek leaves – ½ cup (finely chopped)
Peas – ½ cup (boiled)
Coriander powder – ½ teaspoon
Salt – to taste
Carrot – 1 (finely chopped)

Water – as needed
Oil – as needed
How is Mixed Vegetable Chilla made?
Step 1- First, you need to thoroughly wash the rice and lentils. Then, soak them in water for 5-6 hours. After that, put the rice and lentils in a blender and grind them into a fine paste.
Step 2- After that, transfer it to a bowl. Now add cauliflower, ginger, onion, garlic, green chillies, peas, carrots, spinach leaves, and fenugreek leaves to this mixture.

Step 3- Next, add cumin seeds, turmeric powder, coriander powder, coriander leaves, and salt. Then add a little water and mix everything well.
Step 4- Now you need to heat a pan and then add a spoonful of oil to it. After that, spread the chilla batter onto the pan using a large spoon.

Step 5- Next, you need to pour a spoonful of oil around the edges of the chilla. Once one side of the chilla is cooked, flip it over and cook it on the other side as well. When both sides are cooked, remove the chilla from the pan and place it on a plate.
