What ingredients are needed to make Instant Atta Uttapam?
For the batter
1 cup whole wheat flour
Salt to taste
1/2 cup yoghurt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Water as needed
For the tempering
1 tablespoon oil
1/2 tablespoon cumin seeds
1/4 tablespoon asafoetida
1/2 tablespoon mustard seeds
1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
A few curry leaves

Vegetables to add from the top
Finely chopped onion
Finely chopped tomato
Fresh coriander
Finely chopped bell pepper
How to make Instant Atta Uttapam?
1- First, put the wheat flour, yoghurt, salt, and baking soda in a bowl.
2- Then, gradually add water to make a medium-thick batter.
3- Next, heat some oil in a small pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves, and red chilli powder to prepare the tempering.
4- Add the tempering to the batter and mix well.
5- Heat a non-stick pan, lightly grease it with oil and pour in a spoonful of batter.

6- Spread it out slightly and top with tomatoes, onions, and bell peppers.
7- Cover and cook over low heat for 2 minutes, until the bottom surface turns golden brown.
8- Then, brown it on the other side as well.
