Ingredients needed to make gond ke laddu
Edible gum (Gond) – ½ cup
Ghee – 1 cup
Wheat flour – 2 cups
Powdered sugar – to taste

Almonds – 2 tablespoons, finely chopped
Cashews – 2 tablespoons, finely chopped
Cardamom powder – ½ teaspoon
Raisins – 10-12
Method for preparing Gondh ke Laddus
1- To make these ladoos, you first need to heat the pan. Then, add 2-3 tablespoons of ghee to the pan and lightly fry the edible gum. Once the gum puffs up, remove it from the pan. Then, in the same pan, roast the finely chopped cashews, raisins, and almonds.

2- Next, add the remaining ghee to the pan and roast the flour over medium heat until golden brown and fragrant. Then add the cashews, raisins, and almonds and mix well. Add the edible gum and cardamom and mix again.
3- Now let this mixture cool down. Then add the powdered sugar to it, and now you can make laddoos from this mixture.
