What ingredients are needed to make Paneer Korma?
Paneer (Indian cottage cheese) – 20 pieces
Oil – 1/4 cup
Tomatoes – 2, chopped
Onions – 2, chopped
Yoghurt – 3 tablespoons
Ghee – 2 tablespoons
Cashews – 3 tablespoons
Cinnamon stick – 1/2 inch
Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon

Cloves – 4
Red chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Hot water – 2 cups
How is Paneer Korma made?
Step 1- First, you need to heat oil in a pan and then fry the paneer pieces over low heat until they turn golden brown. Then, remove the paneer and set it aside on a plate.
Step 2- Then add the onions to that pan and sauté them over low heat until golden brown. Then let them cool and put them in a blender.
Step 3- Next, put the roasted onions, tomatoes, cashews, and yoghurt into a blender and blend until you have a smooth paste. Then set it aside.

Step 4- Now heat the ghee in a pan, then add cumin seeds, cloves and cinnamon and roast them on low heat.
Step 5- Next, add the prepared spice paste to the pan, mix well and cook. Make sure that the oil separates from the mixture and the mixture thickens.
Step 6- Then add hot water and salt to it and mix well. Then simmer for a few minutes so that the flavours blend well and the gravy thickens.
Step 7- Finally, add the roasted paneer and cook on low heat for a few minutes. Then serve it hot with roti and rice.
