Wheat flour

Ingredients for Dal
Green mung beans
Black urad dal
Chana dal
Finely chopped onion
Finely chopped ginger
Chopped green chillies
Chopped garlic
Finely chopped tomato
Bay leaf

Cinnamon stick
Turmeric powder
Garam masala powder
Chopped coriander leaves
Ingredients for tempering
Ghee, cumin seeds, dried red chillies
How to make Rajasthani Dal Bati?
Step 1- First, take wheat flour and knead it into a soft dough by adding all the ingredients for the baati. Let it rest for 20 minutes and then add a little baking powder.
Step 2- Knead it well again. Then divide it into small round balls. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C and bake the Baati in it for about 20 minutes to 30 minutes until golden brown on both sides.

Step 3 – Keep turning the bati until it turns golden brown.
Step 4 – Now put all the ingredients for the dal in the pressure cooker except the tempering ingredients.
Step 5- Then, add one cup of water and the lentils, then cook for two to three whistles. Add salt and spices, and once the lentils are cooked, transfer them to a bowl.

Step 6 – Now, put ghee in a small pan, add cumin seeds and red chillies, and let them roast and crackle. Then, turn off the heat and pour the spices over the lentils.
Step 7- Now serve it with hot batis.
