Garlic – 1 tablespoon (finely chopped)
Green onions – 2 tablespoons, chopped
Red chilli flakes – 1/2 teaspoon
Sesame seeds – 1/4 teaspoon
Red chilli powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Salt – 1/4 teaspoon
Soy sauce – 1/2 teaspoon
Hot oil – 3 tablespoons.
Vinegar—1/2 teaspoon
Boiled Maggi noodles (one serving)
How is Chilli Garlic Maggi made?
Step 1- First, put the garlic, onion, red chilli flakes, red chilli powder, Maggi masala, soy sauce, salt, and vinegar in a large mixing bowl.
Step 2- Now you need to heat the oil in a small pan. Then, once the oil is thoroughly heated, pour it over all the ingredients.
Step 3- Now, use a spoon to mix all the ingredients together so that they are well combined with the spices.
Step 4- Now add the boiled Maggi noodles to it and mix well. Then transfer it to a serving plate and serve hot.
