What ingredients are needed to make Chhath Dry Fruits Gud Kheer?
Milk – 1 litre
Jaggery – half a cup or to taste
Rice – 2 tablespoons, soaked
Almonds – 8 to 10

Pistachios – 6 to 7
Cashews – 6 to 7
Raisins – 1 tablespoon
Ghee – 1 teaspoon
Cardamom powder – half a teaspoon
How is Chhath Dry Fruits Gud Kheer made?
1- First, you need to boil the milk and then add the soaked rice to it.
2- Then, cook the milk on a low flame, stirring continuously so that the kheer doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan and it also thickens.
3- Then, lightly roast the dry fruits in ghee and set them aside.

4- Once the rice is soft, turn off the gas and let the milk cool down a little.
5- After that, add the jaggery and let it dissolve, then place it on the stove and cook it over low heat for 1 to 2 minutes.
6- Now, add the roasted dry fruits and cardamom powder to it and mix well.
7- Then cover it and let it sit for a while.
