What ingredients are needed to make Amritsari Nutri Kulcha?
Main Ingredients
Nutri (soy chunks) – 1 cup
Tomatoes – 2 (finely chopped)
Onions – 2 (finely chopped)
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tablespoon
Oil – 2 tablespoons
Green chillies – 2 (chopped)
Salt – to taste

Spices
Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
Red chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Garam masala – 1/2 teaspoon
Kasoori methi – 1 teaspoon
Amchur powder – 1/2 teaspoon
For Decoration
Finely chopped onions
Fresh coriander
Lemon slices
How to prepare Nutri for kulcha?
First, soak the soy chunks in water for 10-15 minutes, then squeeze out the excess water. After that, boil them in lightly salted water for 2-3 minutes to ensure they become soft.
How is Nutri Masala prepared?
1- First, you need to heat oil in a pan. Then, add the onions and fry them until golden brown.
2- Then add ginger-garlic paste and green chillies to it.

3- Now add the tomatoes and cook until the spices release oil. Then add all the other spices.
4- Then add the boiled soya chunks and mix them well with the spices.
5- Then, add a little water and cook for 5-7 minutes.
How is kulcha prepared?
You can buy kulcha from the market or make it yourself with all-purpose flour. Then, toast it until golden brown on a griddle or in the oven and spread butter on top.
