Green chillies – 2 (chopped)

Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon

Red chilli powder – 1 teaspoon

Garam masala – 1/2 teaspoon

Finely chopped onions
Fresh coriander

How to prepare Nutri for kulcha?

First, soak the soy chunks in water for 10-15 minutes, then squeeze out the excess water. After that, boil them in lightly salted water for 2-3 minutes to ensure they become soft.

1- First, you need to heat oil in a pan. Then, add the onions and fry them until golden brown.

2- Then add ginger-garlic paste and green chillies to it.
