Ingredients for making Aloo Lauki Uttapam
Grated bottle gourd – 1 cup
Semolina – 1 cup
Boiled potato – 1 (mashed)
Yoghurt – half cup
Tomato – 1 (finely chopped)
Onion – 1 (finely chopped)

Green chilli – 1 (finely chopped)
Salt – to taste
Ginger paste – 1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds – half teaspoon
Baking soda – a pinch
Oil – for frying
How to make Aloo Lauki Uttapam?
1- First, in a bowl, combine yoghurt, semolina, and a little water to make a thick batter. Then, let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
2- Then add boiled potatoes, bottle gourd, tomatoes, onions, salt, ginger paste, and cumin seeds to it and mix well.

3- To make this dish soft, you can mix in a pinch of baking soda. Now, heat a non-stick pan and add a little oil to it.
4- Now that your batter is ready, take a ladleful and pour it onto the griddle, then gently spread it into a circular shape. Cook it over low heat until golden brown on both sides.
5- Then, serve the hot Aloo Lauki Uttapam with coconut chutney.
