  2. Log in using your User ID and continue
  3. Click on ‘Forgot Password’
  4. Verify using your debit card or other credentials
  5. Create a new password and log in again to access your account

PNB After Merger: Bigger Network, More Services

On 1 April 2020, the Government of India merged PNB with Oriental Bank of Commerce and United Bank of India. Since then, all branches of both banks have operated under the PNB network. With over 11,000 branches and 13,000+ ATMs, PNB now offers one of the largest banking infrastructures in the country.

Doorstep Banking Facility for Cash Pickup

To make banking more convenient, PNB also offers doorstep banking services, which are especially helpful for senior citizens and customers who cannot visit branches frequently. This service allows customers to request cash pickup from their home or office. Only a minimal service charge is applied.

Customers must complete an enrollment form and sign an agreement with their branch to begin using this facility. During regular banking hours, PNB representatives can visit the customer’s location to collect cash or pick up cheques, based on a request made by phone or fax.
