New Delhi: The BJP has once again accused the Congress party of creating issues with foreign support. Accusing the party of using foreign influencers to set the narrative and incite people against the country, the political temperature has risen. BJP national spokesperson Sambit Patra launched a direct attack on the Congress party on Thursday.
He alleged that the new location feature on X has exposed many Congress accounts and other party-supported influencers. He further stated that many Congress leaders and party state accounts were showing their locations outside India.
He said that the locations were changed after some time. He alleged that there was a conspiracy to show the accounts of many Congress-supported influencers, such as Caravan India magazine, fact-checker Alt News, and news organisations, as being outside India through the X location feature.
Patra made serious allegations.
Sambit Patra said that after the X option was provided, many people changed their locations. When many people realised their location was being shown abroad, they changed it. Some even set it to optional. According to a BJP leader, Congress spokesperson Pawan Khera’s account location was showing the United States. He also made similar allegations against the Congress account.

BJP spokesperson Sambit Patra said, “Pawan Khera is a senior Congress leader, but it shows his account is being operated from the United States. He alleged that this was revealed by a source within our party. Another account belongs to the Maharashtra Congress, which is said to be active in Ireland.”
He said, “I checked just before this; they have now changed it to India. At the time this issue was raised, it was in Ireland; their fraud was not detected.”
