The foreign trade policy has also added a provision in this regard. It states that all goods coming and going from Pakistan are banned till further notice.

Many things were imported to India from Pakistan. In 2024, India’s imports from Pakistan were reduced to only 48 lakh dollars. It used to import only essential items like rock salt and Multani soil.
