Four passengers died after falling from a local train in a residential area in Thane, Maharashtra, a few months ago. In fact, on June 9, 2025, two local trains heading towards Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus were trying to pass each other on a sharp curve in Mumbra.
During this, the protruding backs of some passengers standing on the footboard of the coaches collided with the bags or bodies of passengers on the other train. Seeing this, some passengers suddenly fell onto the tracks, resulting in the death of four passengers.
A passenger train collides with a railway trolley in Bihar
A few months ago, a major train accident occurred in Katihar, Bihar. A trolleyman was killed in a horrific collision between the Avadh Assam Express and a railway trolley. Four railway workers were injured. The accident occurred on June 20, 2025, between Kadhagola and Semapur on the Katihar-Barauni railway section.
