Samsung Galaxy S26 series: Samsung Galaxy S26 series leaks and renders have created a lot of excitement in the mobile world, especially when news of the iPhone 17 series launch is also coming. According to reports, the Galaxy S26 Ultra will come with a slightly rounded design, which is different from the boxy look of the previous Ultra models. The S26 Edge, which will replace the Plus model, has a quite unconventional design and its chunky camera island extends to almost the full width of the phone, which is similar to the design of the rumored iPhone 17 Pro.
Upgraded 200mp Camera
In terms of camera, the S26 Ultra will come with a quad-camera setup, which includes a 200MP main sensor, 50MP periscope lens, 50MP ultrawide and 12MP short-range telephoto. The S26 Edge is also expected to have a 200MP main camera and a 50MP ultrawide sensor. Talking about the specifications, the S26 Ultra is expected to have a 6.9-inch display, third-generation anti-reflective glass, 16GB RAM, and 1TB storage, and it will launch worldwide with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 chipset. The battery will support 60W fast charging with 5,000mAh, which is a considerable upgrade over the 45W of the S25 Ultra. The S26 Pro is expected to have a 6.27-inch screen, 12GB RAM, and a 4,300mAh battery with 45W charging, and it will come with either the Exynos 2600 or Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset.
Samsung Galaxy S26 feature
As a new feature, the Galaxy S26 series could feature the Qi2 wireless charging system, which will have built-in magnets, similar to the Apple MagSafe, which will offer better alignment and support for magnetic accessories. These leaks come at an interesting time, as Apple’s iPhone 17 series launch is just a few days away. A lot of upgrades are also expected in the iPhone 17 series, such as a redesigned camera module for the Pro models, the introduction of the iPhone 17 Air, and camera upgrades including 24MP front camera and 48MP rear cameras. Overall, the Samsung Galaxy S26 series looks like a strong competitor, especially compared to the iPhone 17, and there will be a lot of choices available for users compared to the designs and camera capabilities of both phones.
