Motorola has once again surprised their fans by launching two powerful smartphones, namely Moto G 5G 2026 and Moto G Play 5G 2026. The new additions from the company promise great performance, stylish design, and improved multimedia features. Both models continue to maintain Motorola’s legacy, blending novelty with affordability that makes them quite attractive options in the competitive mid-range smartphone market segment.

New Design and Display Experience

The Moto G 5G 2026 will come in Pantone Slipstream and Pantone Cattleya Orchid colors, while the Moto G Play 5G 2026 will be available only in Pantone Slipstream. Both phones boast a 6.7-inch HD+ display with 1604 x 720 resolution for a 120Hz refresh rate and 1000 nits of peak brightness. Both also have Gorilla Glass 3 protection for durability, guaranteeing smooth visual action for game playing, streaming, and daily usage.

Performance and  Battery

Under the hood, both Motorola models use the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset with 4GB LPDDR4x RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage. The combination works seamlessly for multitasking and ensures smooth 5G connectivity. The setup is powered by a robust 5200mAh battery supported by 30W fast charging — a reliable pick for users who prefer long battery life and quick top-ups.

Camera Setup

Motorola has clearly focused on the camera experience this time. The Moto G 5G 2026 comes with a 50MP main sensor supported by a 2MP macro camera intended for close-up shots. There is a 32MP front camera, ideal for crisp portraits and video calls. As for the Moto G Play 5G 2026, it offers a 32MP rear camera and an 8MP front lens to keep it versatile for daily photography.

Motorola Pricing

The Moto G 5G 2026 is priced at $199.90 (around ₹17,740) and will be available from December 11 on Motorola’s official website. Meanwhile, the Moto G Play 5G 2026 is priced at $169.99 (around ₹15,080) and will go on sale starting November 13.
