Infinix Note 40 features a 6.78-inch AMOLED display that has a 120Hz refresh rate. The screen features 1300 nits peak brightness and 2160Hz PWM dimming, making it smooth and comfortable to look at. It features a punch-hole screen and an in-display fingerprint reader.

It runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 7020 processor with an octa-core 2.2GHz processor. It has 8GB RAM, along with 8GB virtual RAM, and 256GB internal storage. There is no memory card slot, and hence storage is non-expandable. The rear camera configuration consists of a 108MP primary lens, 2MP depth, and 2MP macro lens. The front camera is 32MP for selfies.

It comes with a 5000mAh battery with 33W fast charging and wireless charging at 15W. You also have support for reverse charging. It is based on Android 14 and has features such as an IR blaster and NFC. It does not have a 3.5mm headphone jack or water resistance.

Realme 12+ has a 50MP Sony LYT-600 sensor with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide, and a 2MP macro lens. It has the capability to record 4K videos at 30fps. The selfie camera is 16MP.

Realme 12+ has a 5000mAh battery and supports 67W SUPERVOOC fast charging, which is nearly double the speed of the Infinix Note 40. Realme 12+ is based on Android 14 but lacks FM radio and water resistance.
