Where to Find the Watch History Option
Instagram has placed the new feature within its activity section, making it quite easy to reach. The first step is to open the app and head into Profile by tapping the icon at the bottom right; it takes you to your personal hub where your posts and settings are present. Tap the three horizontal lines on the top right and choose Settings and Privacy from the list that appears.
Steps to View Your Reels History
After entering Settings, scroll until you find Your Activity. Because Instagram tracks here the interactions, time spent viewing, and other actions, the Watch History feature is also housed here. Tap on Watch History, and a full list of the Reels you have viewed will appear. Since people often visit clips from days or even weeks ago, Instagram allows flexible sorting. You can view your history based on date, sort in different orders, or group the results by creator. You can even delete individual Reels if you would not like to keep some of them in the list.
