Who will receive priority?
Widows, divorcees, or abandoned women living below the poverty line (BPL) in the respective Gram Sabha/Ward will be given first preference.
If women in these categories are not available, widows, divorcees, or abandoned women living above the poverty line (APL) in the same area will be selected.
