RPSC AEN Prelims 2024 Result Out. The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has released the preliminary results of the Assistant Engineer Combined Competitive Examination-2024. This is significant news for long-awaited candidates. This recruitment was conducted for direct recruitment to 1,014 posts under the State Engineering Services. When was the exam held? Thousands of candidates participated.

Commission Secretary Ramniwas Mehta stated that the preliminary examination was conducted between September 28 and 30, 2025, at a total of 160 examination centres in Ajmer and Jaipur. Approximately 72,000 candidates registered for this recruitment, and a large number appeared for the exam.

2,413 Candidates Provisionally Successful for Main Exam

According to the results released by the RPSC, 2,413 candidates have been provisionally declared successful for the Main Exam based on the preliminary exam. The Commission has clarified that the eligibility of all successful candidates will be finalised before appearing for the Main Exam. If any candidate does not meet the rules and eligibility criteria set out in the advertisement, their candidacy will be cancelled at any stage.

Main Exam Date to Be Announced Soon

The official date for the Main Exam has not been released yet. The Commission states that candidates will be informed as soon as the datesheet for the Main Exam is ready. Therefore, candidates are advised to regularly check the RPSC website.

57 Candidates Disqualified!

With the release of the results, the Commission also announced that 57 candidates have been disqualified from the exam. The reason is that these candidates did not fill in any of the options for more than 10% of the questions in the question paper, which is considered a violation of the examination rules. The roll numbers of these disqualified candidates have been made available separately on the Commission’s website.

RPSC also took major action against fake applications

Recently, the Commission cancelled 1.15 lakh applications during the fraudulent application withdrawal facility, saving crores of rupees of government resources. The Commission is continuously working towards making the recruitment process more transparent and accurate.
