JEE Main Session 2 Result 2026 Date: Students who appeared for Session 2 of JEE Main 2026—the country’s largest engineering entrance examination—are eagerly awaiting their results. The examination was conducted in a computer-based test mode on April 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8, 2026. The NTA is now set to release the examination results very soon on the official website, jeemain.nta.ac.in.
This examination not only paves the way for admission into prestigious institutions such as IITs, NITs, and IIITs but also grants the top 2.5 lakh students the opportunity to appear for JEE Advanced. The link for the NTA JEE Main Session 1 results is expected to be made available for download by April 20. To check their results, students will need to log in using their Application Number and Password.

The NTA announced the dates for the JEE Main Session 2 Result 2026 a few days ago. The link for the NTA JEE Main Session 2 results for Paper 1 is scheduled to be released by April 20, 2026. Meanwhile, the final results for Paper 2 are expected to be released in the first week of May 2026.

Visit the official JEE Main website: jeemain.nta.nic.in.
Click on the ‘View JEE Main 2026 result’ link.
Enter your Application Number and Password.
Click the ‘Submit’ button to check your result.
Your scorecard will now be displayed on the screen.
Download and print the results page for future reference.
Marking Scheme
Currently, there have been no changes to the marking scheme for the JEE Main examination. Four marks will be awarded for each correct answer, while incorrect answers will incur negative marking. No marks will be awarded for questions not attempted by students. Following the release of the results, students who have passed the examination can begin preparing for JEE Advanced 2026, the entrance exam for admission to the IITs. The registration process for this will also commence shortly.
