JEE Main 2026 Application Ends Nov 27. The application process for JEE Main 2026 Session 1 by the National Testing Agency (NTA) has reached its final stage. The last date to apply online for the exam is November 27, 2025. Students who have not yet completed the form should not delay and apply immediately by visiting the NTA’s official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in. The application window will close after the deadline.

Correction window will be open from December 1st to 2nd
Students have been given the opportunity to correct any mistakes made while filling out the form. According to the NTA, the correction window will be active from December 1 to 2, 2025. During this period, candidates will be able to modify their photograph, signature, details, and other relevant information. Please note that corrections will only be possible in fields approved by the NTA.
Students can apply online themselves
The NTA has clarified that the online application process for JEE Main is simple and students can complete it themselves. To apply, they must follow the steps below:
- First, visit the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in.
- Click on the Registration for JEE (Main) – 2026 Session-1 link available on the home page.
- Follow a new registration and create a login via mobile number/email.
- Follow this process by uploading your personal information, educational details, photograph, and signature.
- Pay the prescribed application fee online.
- Finally, submit the form and save the printout.
Application fees vary by category and paper.
When submitting the JEE Main form, students will need to pay fees based on their category and the selected paper—Paper 1 (B.Tech), Paper 2A (B.Arch), and Paper 2B (B.Planning).
NTA has released the fee structure for different categories. Applications without fees will not be accepted.

Session 1 exam will be held in January
JEE Main 2026 Session 1 exam dates have already been released in the brochure. According to this—
- Exam dates: January 21 to January 30, 2026
- City intimation slip: First week of January 2026
- Admit card: 3–4 days before the exam
- Results released: February 12, 2026
The exam will be conducted in two shifts, and students can appear for one or both sessions as per their choice.
