Bihar Board Exam Date 2026: Students studying in Matriculation and Intermediate under the Bihar Board are eagerly awaiting the release of the datesheet. Several states have already released the schedule for their board exams. Since the Bihar Board has been the first to conduct board exams in recent years, it is expected that the Bihar School Examination Board will release the Bihar Board Time Table 2026 soon.
When will the board exams be held?
Based on past patterns, the Bihar Board typically conducts board exams in February. Last year, the Class 10 board exams were held from February 17th to 25th, and the Class 12 board exams from February 1st to 12th. Therefore, this year too, the board exams are expected to be held in February. Practical exams will be conducted before the board exams, which may take place in January 2026.

The process for downloading the datesheet has also been kept very simple. Students should visit the board’s website, biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in, click on the “Class 10 Date Sheet 2026” or “Class 12 Date Sheet 2026” link, and the timetable will be downloaded automatically.
Exams will be held in two shifts
The Bihar School Examination Board conducts board exams for both classes in two shifts. Students are given 3 hours and 15 minutes to complete the paper. The first shift exam will be held from 9:30 am to 12:45 pm, while the second shift exam will be held from 2:00 pm to 5:15 pm.
